Sunrise Ridge Cabins Policies

Sunrise Ridge Cabins accepts credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover) for reservations.

50% deposit is required within 5 days of making a reservation. You will forfeit your deposit if you do not show up by 10:00 p.m. of the date of your reservation unless you notify us of your late arrival.

Cancellations may be made 30 days in advance of reservation 75% of deposit will be refunded. Cancellations of less than 30 days receive 50% of deposit if accommodation is re-rented.

Check In 3:00 pm • Check Out 11:00 am

Must be at least 21 Yrs old to make a reservation and must stay with party at the cabin during entire stay.

Please register all automobiles at check-in.

Drive and park only in designated areas, not on the grass.

No four-wheelers or ATV's.

Please Do not leave children unattended.

No drugs, loud noise, music or public intoxication allowed.

Firearms, including BB guns, sling shots and bows & arrows & fireworks not allowed.

Climbing mountain is at your own risk.

No glass containers in or around river area.

Swim at your own risk.

Fires allowed in grills and fire rings only.

Do not use the following on the porches: Cookers, outdoor deep fryers or like appliances that use oil.

Please do not put grease, etc. down drains.

Smoking is allowed outside and on cabin porches, but please do not smoke in cabins.

Do not cut any trees, limbs, bamboo or strip any cedar trees or cedar post.

Keep noise down after 10:00 pm.

Do not throw paper, cigarette butts, gum wrappers, food, water balloons etc. on the ground.

No paints, chalk, foil confetti eggs or blow-up bounce toys without prior permission.

No Pets.
